§ 82-121. Funerals of persons dying of contagious diseases to be private.

There shall not be a public or church funeral of any person who has died of any contagious or infectious disease, but the funeral of such person shall be private. It shall not be lawful to invite or permit at the funeral of any person who has died of any infectious, contagious or pestilential disease, or at any services connected therewith, any person whose presence is not absolutely and essentially necessary or to whom there is danger of contagion thereby.
