§ 82-120. Corpse dead of contagious disease not to be placed in vehicle other than hearse.

No owner, driver, agent or other person having, owning or being in charge of any carriage, cab, hack, cart, wagon or other conveyance or vehicle shall permit or allow the placing therein or the carriage thereby of the corpse or dead body of any person who has died of a contagious, infectious or pestilential disease. This section shall not apply to hearses.
