§ 82-122. Transportation of diseased persons into city—Prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any common carrier or person in charge or having control of any common carrier or any passenger, freight or other car connected therewith or with any other common carrier to transport or convey into the parish any person suffering from an infectious or contagious disease if by any means the nature of such disease could have been ascertained by the use of reasonable care and diligence by the person in charge of such common carrier.
