§ 82-107. Report of existence of certain diseases.

All practitioners of medicine, masters of watercraft, hotel, boardinghouse or lodginghouse
keepers, principals or masters of any public school, the chief officers or persons
in charge of all public institutions of charity or of punishment and heads of families
shall report, within 24 hours, to the office of the department of health all cases
within their cognizance of Asiatic cholera, leprosy, yellow fever, typhus or ship
fever, diphtheria, scarlatina or scarlet fever, smallpox, trichinosis or any other
case that may at any time be specified by the department of health.
