§ 82-106. State rules as to contagious diseases to be obeyed.
Every householder occupying premises, or any portion thereof, either as owner or occupant, under lease or otherwise, shall obey and conform to all instructions and orders of the department of health of the state or city relative to the disposition of the clothing, linen, expectorations or defecations of persons confined on such premises with infectious or contagious diseases, as well as those relating to the treatment of the sick-room utensils and the sick room in which any such person may have been confined with a contagious or infectious disease. The attending physician in each case shall notify the householder or person having charge of such room of such rules and regulations.
