§ 82-108. Limiting access to or fumigating, etc., buildings.

The department of health, the director of the department of health, or any person in the employ of or acting with the authority of the department or director may enter, regulate or prevent access to or egress from or cause to be vacated, any building, watercraft, place or locality deemed by such authorities to be infected or cause to be screened, fumigated or otherwise disinfected any infected building, outhouse or watercraft, whenever in their judgment such action shall be necessary to prevent the spread of any dangerous and infectious disease.
