§ 82-105. Person recovering not to leave premises until director of health permits.

  • All physicians in attendance upon any person suffering from an infectious or contagious disease shall report the clinical recovery of such person to the department of health, whereupon, if the case be one of smallpox or scarlet fever, the director of the department of health shall examine into and ascertain the sanitary condition of such person and until such examination is made by the director and he shall determine that such person is sanitarily well, the premises shall be considered infected and such person shall not leave them or expose himself to the public or in any way endanger the public health.
