§ 82-104. Same—Exceptions.

  • (a)

    Notwithstanding the provisions of section 82-103:

    (1)

    Nurses may enter any infected house to take care of the case;

    (2)

    Ministers of the Gospel may visit the sick whenever it is imperative that they should do so, in which event they shall comply in going to and from the house with any and all sanitary regulations and restrictions which the department of health may impose or indicate;

    (3)

    The head of the family or breadwinners shall have the privilege of going to and from their house when complying with the following conditions:

    a.

    They shall not wear at their place of business the same clothing which they wear at their house, but shall change clothing on entering and leaving their home;

    b.

    While in the house they shall not act as nurse to, come in contact with, or live in the same room as the sick person; and,

    c.

    They shall not attend any public meeting or place where persons are congregated.

    (b)

    This privilege shall not be granted to school teachers or to any person whose business brings him in close contact with children.
