§ 82-103. Entering, leaving premises where contagious or infectious disease exists—Prohibited.

No person, except practitioners of medicine or persons expressly authorized thereto by the director of the department of health of the city, shall enter or leave any premises infected by contagious or infectious disease, nor shall any person on any such premises permit any person to enter upon such premises unless duly authorized.
