§ 82-102. Destroying, removing signs.

  • Any person tearing down, removing, mutilating, defacing or destroying any flag or other signal from any building or premises, placed thereon as provided in section 82-101, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $25.00 or 30 days' imprisonment, or both, at the discretion of the court.
