§ 14-333. Frequency of inspection.

The director of the department of safety and permits shall inspect all structures of the character set forth in section 14-331 as often as he may deem necessary; but such inspection shall be made at least once in every 30 days. If any such structure is found to be unsafe or in bad repair the director shall notify the owner or operator thereof. If the operator fails to stop the operation of such device, contrivance or structure immediately he shall be punished in the manner provided in section 1-13.
