§ 146-446. Limitation of damage.

The director of the department of public works may prohibit the use of heavy pavement breakers when their use endangers existing structures or other property. The permit holder accepts full responsibility for any such damage that may be caused by his operations. Tunneling will not be permitted except as stated in section 146-437(a), however, the director of the department of public works may require boring or other methods to prevent cutting of the pavement.
