§ 146-445. Pavement cuts.

Existing pavement shall be cut and removed in a manner that does not damage the base of the roadway that is to remain in place, for a distance of at least 12 inches beyond the width of the trench on each side of the trench and at each end thereof, unless otherwise approved by the director of the department of public works or his designee.
