§ 146-442. Excavations to be made before street is paved.

The director of the department of public works shall notify all blanket permittees, as defined in section 146-439, at least six weeks in advance of the beginning of paving operations on any street or portion thereof. Such blanket permittees shall be and are hereby required to make any needed service cuts and to refill same, as required by provisions of this division, in advance of construction except that resurfacing of cut shall not be required and the administrative fee required for such cuts by section 146-439 shall be waived.
