§ 146-443. Emergency cuts.

Nothing in this division shall be construed to prevent the making of such cuts as may be necessary for the preservation of life or property or for the location of emergency trouble in a conduit, cable, pipe or appurtenances for making emergency repairs, provided that the person making such cut or repair shall otherwise comply with the provisions of this division.
