§ 146-441. Availability of materials.

The director of the department of public works may require an applicant for a permit to furnish him satisfactory evidence that all the materials which are to enter the structure for which the cut will be made are available prior to beginning work for the purpose of obviating delay in the installing of the structure and the prompt refilling of the trench or pit.
