§ 82-116. Person suffering from smallpox—Removal.

The department of health may remove or cause to be removed to a hospital or other place of treatment any person suffering from smallpox whenever such removal shall, in the judgment of the department, be necessary for the proper treatment of such person for the prevention or spread of such disease.
