§ 82-117. Same—Expense.

The expenses incurred in the necessary performance of any of the duties named in section 82-116 shall, after the approval by the department of health, be borne by the city. But no contract fixing the price for the future keeping, maintenance and attendance upon smallpox patients shall be valid without the previous approval of the superintendent of police and the mayor.
