§ 70-381. Annual budget of capital improvements.

The administrator shall each year submit to the city planning commission on or before August 15th a list of all expenditures for permanent physical improvements it is making or proposes to make during the succeeding five years for inclusion in the capital budget; provided that nothing in this division shall be deemed to restrict the administrator's authority to make expenditures from its revolving fund for maintenance, renewal and replacement purposes on the properties under its administration in accordance with section 70-379 or to restrict the rights of the Upper Pontalba Building Restoration Corporation under a lawful lease.
