§ 70-380. Payments to be approved by director of finance.

Expenditures from the revolving fund of the Upper Pontalba Building shall be made by the director of the department of finance upon submission by properly designated officers of the administrator of evidence that the articles or services for which payment is requested have been procured, received or rendered in accordance with the law and that payment therefor is due and in accordance with the budget of revenues and expenditures provided for in section 70-379.
