§ 70-42. Same—Aviation board account.

Latest version.

All checks drawn against the aviation board account shall bear three manual signatures, which shall be those of:
(1)

The director of the department of finance or the chief, bureau of the treasury, and

(2)

Any two members of the city aviation board.
