§ 22-36. Established; members.

There is hereby created a municipal board to be known as the New Orleans Aviation Board, which shall be so constituted and have such powers, duties and functions as set forth in this article. The aviation board shall consist of five members to be appointed by the mayor, with the approval of the council, for terms of five years, so arranged that the term of one member shall expire each year.
