§ 70-43. Same—Employees' retirement system.

Latest version.

All checks drawn against the employees' retirement system of the city shall bear two manual or mechanical facsimile signatures, which shall be those of:
(1)

The director of the department of finance or the chief, bureau of the treasury, and

(2)

Any one of the persons who may be designated by resolution of the board of trustees of the retirement system of the city.
