§ 46-87. Approval of endorsement resolution.

Any endorsement resolution introduced before the city council shall include the terms and conditions of the enterprise zone program as established under state law with respect to the hiring of qualified employees and shall establish compliance with and verification of those terms and conditions by the mayor's office of economic development or its successor as a requirement for the city sales tax exemption effected through the issuance of sales tax rebates under the program.
