§ 46-86. Endorsement of application.

An applicant seeking endorsement from the city council for enterprise zone program participation under the state enterprise zone program (R.S. 51:1781—51:1790) shall submit to the clerk of the city council and the mayor's office of development or its successor prior to introduction of an endorsement resolution the following information:

(1)

An estimate of proposed expenditures to be eligible under the enterprise zone program;

(2)

Documentation of the business address;

(3)

The names, social security numbers, addresses and dates of hire for current employees working at that address;

(4)

A list of employee positions to be created as a result of the expenditure of funds under the enterprise zone program and the designation of those positions to be filled in compliance with the hiring requirements of the program;

(5)

A timetable for construction and hiring for such new positions.
