§ 30-260. Same—Proof of compliance.

The applicant for a license to conduct a sale by public outcry must prove to the city that he is in compliance with section 30-259 by submitting with his application for a license a certified copy, for the period of one year prior to the date his sale by public outcry is to commence, of the following: his social security tax returns, as well as city and state sales tax returns, United States excise tax returns or receipts, city and state personal property tax receipts and city occupational licenses and must make a proper showing that all of such taxes and licenses are currently paid through and including the latest payment period.
