§ 30-261. Truthfulness of representations.

  • At all sales by public outcry under this division the licensee shall, at all times, truly and correctly represent to the public attending the sale by public outcry the actual facts in respect to the quality and manufacture of the items being offered for sale by public outcry. It shall be unlawful for any licensee to place what is popularly known in the trade as "fictitious price tags" on items sold at any such sale by public outcry.
