§ 30-231. Revocation.

If any statement contained in the inventory required in this article is not true and correct or if any licensee shall violate any of the provisions of sections 30-229, 30-263, 30-265—30-267 his license shall be revoked by the director of the department of finance upon the receipt of proof of such violation considered legally sufficient by the department of law of the city and such revocation shall be in addition to any other penalties provided by law.
