§ 30-230. Issuance, fee.

  • When the applicant has complied with all the requirements of this division and upon payment of a fee in the sum of $25.00 to the city for the expense incident to the processing of the application and issuance of the license, the director of the department of finance shall grant to the applicant a license to conduct a sale by public outcry for the sale of gold, silver, plated ware, precious or semiprecious stones, watches, clocks and all goods, wares and merchandise of every kind and nature whatsoever commonly classified as jewelry and leather goods in the manner provided for and in accordance with all rules, regulations and requirements set out and provided for by this division.
