§ 30-263. Only goods on inventory filed with application to be sold.
During any sale by public outcry, no addition whatever shall be made to the stock of merchandise which is to be sold and which is set forth in the inventory mentioned in section 30-228 and nothing shall be offered for sale or sold at any such sale by public outcry in addition to the stock of merchandise described in such inventory and which has been added to the applicant's stock within a period of 90 days prior to the date the applicant files his application for a license. It shall be unlawful to permit any goods other than those which are described in such inventory to be stored, placed at or permitted to be on or to be sold or offered for sale in any manner at the premises at which the sale by public outcry is to be held, whether they be owned by the licensee or by any other person.
