§ 166-4. Show case regulations.

(a)

All show cases existing on June 13, 1940, erected upon public property shall be allowed to remain, be repaired or be duplicated if they do not project farther than 18 inches beyond the property line.

(b)

In the renovation or remodeling of any structure in the Vieux Carré of this city which on June 13, 1940 had a show case or show cases on public property, there may be additional show cases similar to those existing on June 13, 1940 erected on such property subject to the written approval of the Vieux Carré Commission.
