§ 162-386. Delinquency penalty.

There shall be a penalty of $2.00 per day of delinquency whenever a vehicle is not submitted to the department of safety and permits during the months listed in the schedule contained in this chapter. There shall be a charge of $5.00 for each duplicate vehicle inspection certificate issued for each substituted vehicle.
