§ 162-385. Renewal of certificate.

Each renewal certificate in good standing shall be renewable by the director of the department of safety and permits semiannually provided that:
(1)

The vehicle has been inspected by the for-hire vehicle inspection station and has been issued a for-hire vehicle renewal certificate by the department of utilities.

(2)

The holder meets the requirements set forth in this chapter and by the director of the department of safety and permits.
