§ 158-846. No more water to be received if statement not given.

If any person, political subdivision of the state or federal agency, coming within the purview of section 158-845, shall decline, neglect or refuse to sign and deliver the certificate or statement referred to in this article to the sewerage and water board within the time limit therein stated, then it shall be unlawful for any of the potable public water supply to be delivered to any such person, political subdivision of the state or federal agency through the pipes and water mains of the sewerage and water board.
