§ 158-845. Statement required of persons receiving water.

Every person, division of the state or federal agency at present obtaining a supply of potable public water from the pipes and water mains of the sewerage and water board, within 30 days after being so notified, shall furnish to the sewerage and water board a certificate or statement that no connection then exists or will thereafter be permitted to exist between such potable public water supply and any other water supply, the source of which is distinct from the public supply of potable public water.
