§ 158-392. Depositions and discovery.

(a)

The taking of depositions in any proceeding shall be permitted by consent of the council or a designated presiding officer and shall be governed by the general law applicable thereto as set forth in the Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure.

(b)

Subject to section 158-233, any party of record may avail himself of any discovery method authorized by the Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure and/or recognized by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
