§ 14-229. Same—Penalty for violation.

The failure of any race conductor to keep records required by this division or permit the inspection, examination and photocopying thereof by the director or his duly authorized agents, shall be a misdemeanor punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of not more than $300.00 or imprisonment for not more than 149 days or both.
