§ 14-228. Records, reports—Required.

  • Every race conductor required to make a report and pay any fee under this division shall keep and preserve suitable records of the daily gross wager receipts upon which the fee is imposed under this division and such other books of accounts, ledgers or other information as may be required by the director. These records are to be preserved for a period of three years. All books of account, ledgers and other records of the gross wager receipts shall be open to the inspection, examination and photocopying at all reasonable hours, by the director or any of his duly authorized agents.
