§ 146-553. Fees, public transit shelters specifically.
(a)
Upon initial submission of an application for a sidewalk use permit, a non-refundable application fee of $50.00 shall be remitted to the department of safety and permits.
(b)
A permit fee of $250.00 shall be assessed for issuance of sidewalk use permits, which shall be sufficient to administer and enforce the regulations of this program and to compensate the city for use of public property.
(c)
Sidewalk use permit fees shall be payable at the time of permit issuance and are non-refundable in the event of suspension, revocation, or surrender of the sidewalk use permit during the term of validity.
