§ 146-554. Removal of public transit shelters.

(a)

Permittees are solely responsible for removal of any public transit shelter installed within the right-of-way upon cessation of transit service to the location.

(b)

Permittees are solely responsible for the removal of any public transit shelter in the event the permittee will no longer maintain or service the public transit shelter in accordance with the standards of this chapter.
