§ 146-449. Restoration of temporary surfaced streets.

In the case of streets with gravel, shell or other temporary surfacing, all trenches shall be backfilled as required by section 146-447. Upon the subgrade shall be placed at least eight inches of compacted material of the same type as previously existed.
