§ 146-240. Enforcement agency designated.

The mayor shall, in writing, designate one or more enforcement agencies to enforce the provisions of this article in one or more geographical areas of the city so defined that there shall be only one enforcement agency in each such area. With the approval of the enforcement agency, other city agencies may assist in the enforcement of the provisions of this article within the area.
