§ 146-241. Issuance of notice.
The enforcement agency, whenever it commences enforcement activity in a survey zone, shall make every reasonable effort to ensure that the notice authorized by this section is affixed to every abandoned, litterprone or illegally fixed newsbox and newsstand within the survey zone. If any newsbox or newsstand in a particular zone is impounded pursuant to this section, the enforcement agency shall make every reasonable effort within one month of the first such impoundment to impound all other newsboxes or newsstands in the same survey zone that can lawfully be impounded.
