§ 146-238. Identification required.
Latest version.
On or after January 1, 1991, no owner, lessee or operator of a newsbox or newsstand shall cause or permit his newsbox or newsstand to be placed or remain on public property for any period of time during which the newsbox or newsstand does not have permanently displayed on one of its visible surfaces the name and address of the owner, lessee or operator thereof.
