§ 146-237. Penalties.

Whoever does anything prohibited or fails to do any act required by this article, upon conviction in municipal court, shall be fined not more than $300.00 or imprisoned for not more than five months or sentenced to both such fine and imprisonment. It shall not be a defense to a prosecution under this section that the violation was cured after the affixment of a notice pursuant to sections 146-240 through 146-242, 146-245 and 146-246.
