§ 130-54. Regulations.

In addition to the provisions of this article, the following regulations shall apply to secondhand motor vehicle body parts dealers:
(1)

It shall be unlawful for any owner, keeper, agent or person representing any such owner or proprietor of any secondhand motor vehicle body parts dealer or store to buy, pawn, pledge or exchange any article from any minor under the age of 18 years, from a person appearing to be intoxicated, from a person known to be a notorious thief or from a person known to have been convicted of larceny or burglary.

(2)

It shall be unlawful for any secondhand motor vehicle body parts dealer to buy from a seller any motor vehicle body part between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily.
