§ 130-53. Denial, hearing.

If the department of finance denies the issuance of a secondhand motor vehicle body parts dealer permit it shall give written notice to the applicant at the business address listed on the application. The applicant may then file with the department of finance a written request for a hearing to appeal the denial. This request shall be filed by the applicant within five working days from the date that the applicant received the notice of denial. The hearing shall be held before the director of the department of finance or his designated representative.
