It shall be unlawful for the permittee to sell, exchange, barter, remove from their
place of business or permit to be redeemed, any motor vehicle body parts that have
been brought, exchanged, pledged, or deposited by, to or with them from a seller for
a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This provision shall not apply regarding
the purchase from a licensed motor vehicle body parts dealer or through a public auction
of motor vehicles or parts.
