§ 122-140. Evidence of payment of fee.

The director of the department of public works shall file with the local freight agent of the railroad serving a switch track evidence that the grantee of a switch track privilege has paid the annual fee required therefor. No railroad shall move railroad freight cars on any switch track located in public places without first having received a notice from the director that the annual fee as stipulated in section 122-139 has been paid by the grantee of the switch track privilege.
