§ 122-139. Fee for privilege.

Latest version.

When the length of switch track is 300 feet or less in length the fee shall be $100.00 per annum per 100 feet or fraction thereof. When such switch track is more than 300 feet in length, the fee shall be at the rate of $50.00 per 100 feet or fraction thereof for all trackage in excess of 300 feet in length.
